🕒 Return & Refund Timeframe

You may request a refund or return within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After this period, your request may not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.


✅ When Are You Eligible for a Refund or Return?

You are eligible for a refund or return in the following cases:

  • The item received is significantly different from the listing description (material, size, color, etc.).

  • The item is damaged, defective, or stained.

  • The item is counterfeit or unauthorized.

  • The item was lost or damaged during shipping.


🔁 Refund & Return Process

  1. Contact the Seller: First, contact the seller directly to resolve the issue according to their return policy.

  2. Contact GumLiz Support: If the seller’s response is unsatisfactory or you need assistance, email [email protected] and include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue (damaged product, incorrect item, etc.)

    • A brief explanation of the problem and your preferred solution (refund or exchange)

  3. Verification: Our support team will review your case and may contact you for further clarification.

  4. Resolution: If your request is approved:

    • For seller-related issues, a prepaid return label may be provided.

    • For returns due to personal preference, you may need to cover return shipping.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale


🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit in the form of a GumLiz gift voucher. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


📦 Return Shipping

Please do not return any item without first contacting the seller or GumLiz support.
Return shipping costs are typically paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to a seller’s error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches the seller safely.
