Seller Fees and Payment Policy
Sellers on Gumliz are subject to the following fees:
1. Monthly Subscription Fee
Charged based on the average number of active listings in the previous month. The fee is applied on the 1st of each month and offset against your first weekly payout. If fees exceed your weekly sales, the balance is charged to your saved credit card.

New seller accounts are charged a prorated fee based on active days.
2. Commission Fee
An 8% commission applies to each sale, including shipping and any additional charges.
Minimum: $0.50 per item
Maximum: $40.00 per item
Full refunds qualify for commission refunds. Partial refunds do not.
3. External Payment Service Fee
For credit card transactions via Gumliz’s payment partner:
5.5% on orders up to $500
3.5% on any amount above $500
Minimum fee: $0.50 per order
Not applicable to PayPal, checks, or money orders. Full refunds qualify for fee refunds. Partial refunds do not.
Payout Schedule
Sellers are paid weekly via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Payout notifications are emailed every Friday.
Payments are transferred the following Friday.
Bank processing may take 1–7 business days.
Amounts under $1 are carried over.
Supported payout currencies:
USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP, CHF.
Sellers in other regions are paid in USD or EUR depending on location.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) may be charged based on your business location and local laws. Sellers are responsible for their own tax compliance. Valid tax IDs can be submitted to request exemption where eligible.
Overdue Balances
Any unpaid fees may be deducted from future payouts. Accounts with persistent overdue balances may be suspended.
