Payment Policy – GumLiz
GumLiz issues payments to sellers via electronic fund transfers (EFT) based on your country of residence. We do not offer payment by check or monthly wire transfers.
1. Required Bank Account Information
To receive your payouts properly, sellers must ensure their banking information is up to date and accurate. Required fields may vary by region:
For sellers in North America:
Bank country
Account holder name
Bank routing number
Bank account number
Account type (checking/savings)
For sellers in Europe and IBAN-enabled regions:
Bank country
Account holder name
Bank SWIFT/BIC code
IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
Note: If you are unsure of your IBAN, please contact your bank for assistance.
2. How to Update Bank Information
To add or update your bank details:
Sign in to your GumLiz account
Go to Payment Settings
Select your bank country
Enter your full bank account number, routing/SWIFT code, and account type
Confirm with your GumLiz account password
🔒 Only the last 3 digits of your previous account number will be shown. To update any field, you must re-enter your full account number.
Note: If your billing address is a P.O. Box, you must still enter your physical residential address, not your bank’s address, for verification purposes.
3. U.S. Bank Account Requirement for International Sellers
Some sellers outside of the United States may be required to provide a U.S. bank account to receive payouts.
You must first complete the W-8BEN tax form before adding a U.S. bank account.
If you’re unable to open a U.S. bank account directly, you may consider using third-party services such as:
Payoneer Global Payment Service
Wise (formerly TransferWise)
WorldFirst

4. Important Notes
We can only deposit funds into your bank account – GumLiz cannot and will not withdraw money from your account.
You are fully responsible for providing complete and correct banking details. Missing, outdated, or incorrect information may result in failed or delayed payments.
