To ensure that your payments are processed correctly, Gumliz requires sellers to provide a physical address (not a P.O. Box) for bank transfer purposes — especially for international payment accounts.

Failure to provide a valid physical address may lead to payment delays or failures, as some international banking systems require this information to process transactions.


📝 How to Provide a Physical Address:

Currently, Gumliz does not support direct updates to bank information via the seller dashboard. To update your payment address, please contact Gumliz Support via email:

  • Full name of the payment recipient

  • Complete physical address (including street number, street name, ward/district, city, and postal code if available)

  • Country of residence

  • Seller ID (if available)


📌 Important Notes:

  • This address is used exclusively for internal payment processing.

  • It will not be publicly displayed on the website and will not be shared with buyers.

  • It does not need to match your bank’s address or store’s public address.

  • If your public account address is a P.O. Box, you must provide a physical address for payment purposes.
