GumLiz operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers. We do not own, control, or verify the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of the content, images, or products uploaded by third-party sellers. All responsibility for the content, including compliance with intellectual property laws, rests solely with the respective sellers.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established procedures for reporting alleged infringements.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content on GumLiz, please submit a written notice to our designated agent at:

Your notice should include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property interest.

2. A detailed description of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the GumLiz website, including URLs if possible.

4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent at the contact information provided above. Your counter-notification should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts in which GumLiz is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

Please be aware that filing a false counter-notification may result in legal consequences.

Repeat Infringer Policy

GumLiz reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

GumLiz may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. We encourage users to review this policy periodically for any changes.
