GumLiz is a platform that connects independent buyers and sellers. We are committed to fostering a safe, transparent, and respectful online marketplace. These guidelines are in place to promote trust and fairness for everyone in our community.

2. Mutual Respect

Buyers and sellers on GumLiz are real individuals, not large retail operations. Please treat each other like neighbors:

• Be honest and accurate about who you are and what you’re selling.

• Only list items you own and truly intend to sell.

• Negotiate in good faith.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages.

• Selling items that promote hate groups or glorify violence.

• Using racist or discriminatory language in listings or messages.

• Misrepresenting a product or service in any way.

3. Safe Transactions

To protect yourself and others, all communication and transactions should occur through the GumLiz platform. Do not share personal or financial information outside of our system.

Do not:

• Complete a transaction outside of GumLiz (in-person or via third-party platforms).

• Arrange to trade or exchange items without full payment through GumLiz.

4. Legal Compliance

All items listed on GumLiz must be legal to sell under applicable local and international laws. If you do not own the item, do not list it for sale.

We also comply with the regulations of our payment processors and legal partners. For more details, please refer to our Prohibited Items Policy.

5. Reporting Violations

If you notice any inappropriate listings or behavior, please report it to us through the Help Center. We’re here to help and take every report seriously.
